Yeah the past few years where Murray/Cook/Graham have just run through the middle of us has been weird ay! IMO it's all about attitude. We'll either show-up wanting to brawl with Tom Burgess and Trell Mitt or we'll play some decent footy.

If we play footy against them then we won't be intimidated by Burgess' thuggery and 'Trell's antics/grandstanding (both of which are intentionally designed to intimidate us as they feed off the hate). That's when Cook/Murray (both top notch players who go under the radar when you're not looking) make gratuitously easy yardage down the middle.

They're a unique team that will be easy beats one week against some random cellar-dwellers and then know how to push all our buttons the next. The new stadium doesn't help because it's LOUD and amplifies all the crowd noises. Dunno how but IMO we need to work on making the experience a lot more partisan. Compared with say a Raiders home game, we seem to be a lot more neutral in our ground management efforts.

Like all bullies and attention seekers, they expel so much energy and waste time on something or someone who is taking no notice, despite their best efforts with their 'look at me' antics. Hating takes up so much energy so why bother? Someone else posted that the Roosters are zen..that's how I like to be also. . They are still an insecure rabble trying to upset the beautiful ones..happens in all walks of life..

I think the Walker Keary combo are too small.
They are both good players but having them in the same team is a problem IMO.
Do I have a better combination, not really but like I said I just feel that combo is too small.

Lachlan Ilias is 184cm and 85kg. But yes... I'd be more worried if Souffs had kept the 173cm dude
