    i've always liked him and was surprised when he went out of favour last year. he has a bit of ball playing skill about him and needs to make sure he makes every straight hard run count

      I wouldn’t give up yet.

      I was so impressed with him in our 2021 injury hell-covid season.

      He seemed to fall away a lot last year but he still has a bright future, I reckon

        Yep. Every single guy that plays NRL is tough. But there’s not too many that make a bloke look twice at the defensive line when taking a run like JWH, Matai, Kaufusi etc.

        I had the fortune (misfortune, really) to play junior footy against Nigel Plum. Not a superstar by any means. But he debuted for us and won Rugby League Week’s hardest hitter a few times. Let me tell you even when he was a 60kg wringing wet 15yo it still felt like you’d been in a car accident when he tackled you!

              I've been critical, but in the last two games he's been impressive.
              He's bigger than I thought.
