I am glad you understood that my comment was referring to the forum members and not comparing players because that was a little confusing for the older folks here. I miss the old days of the forum too they were fun

        • Well played today BS! His best game for us I feel
          Red, White and Bluesters!!!

          • He did play well today, I've been a harsh critic so I thought I'd put my hand up and acknowledge that.

Perhaps he should start games, it may still depend on fitness and the opposition.

            • Had a blinder. Looked gassed at stages which is to be expected after a long lay off but caused them pretty of head aches.

              • Probably his best game for us besides the round 3 souffs game. Got us on the front foot with his running game, and his deception was pretty good too. Not particularly impressed with his passing though, threw a few wonky ones today.
                EASTS TO WIN!

                • Today he had a good game, quick out of dummy half, some sloppy passes late but probably due to the shoulder injury.
That's more like what an $800k player should offer.....EVERY WEEK.
Let's hope he keeps if up.

Damn he's fast, ay!! When the Cheese gets cracking, our opposition's got no hope.

Not gonna take this result as more than what it is (i.e. a strong jolt of electricity when our pulse is still flatlining). However, I think it's a glimpse of where we wanted to be at in round 1!!!!

                    • The Cheese got us on the front foot today. He was exceptional!

                      • That first half from Cheese was the best I can remember from a Roosters 9; he was brilliant and was the catalyst for the try scoring feast. An interchange with Turpin would have been good around the 30 min mark for 20 mins, as the 2nd half wasn't quite as good. If we continue to get that from him each week, plenty on here (me included) will need to reassess their thoughts on Brandon.

                        • The cheese is not going to deliver pinpoint passes or use guile around the ruck he isn't that type of hooker but if he can play off the back of quick play the balls and one marker he can tear defences to shreds.
Unfortunately our forwards have rarely dominated this season those opportunities have been few and far between.
I think him and Turpin are a good combination in the hooking role they both tackle hard for their size, its up to our forwards to give them the platform to work off.
