Great news if true, not only for the club but more importantly for Angus.

I think this is very misleading, it’s important to note that this means return to training with the team in 2 weeks.

I am surprised they didn't ask Robbo on NRL360 whether he had the meeting with Gus.

I noticed a photo of him and a supporter taken at the airport yesterday

The caption was that he said he was happy, looked healthy and said he should be back in around 4 weeks.

Whether that is playing or start training with the squad was not clear.

Here is the link but it is probably restricted to the FB page members.

Anyway it looks very positive that he will be back soon.

Excellent news. I'm sure being around the team environment can only help with his recovery. No need to rush him back. It will take some time to get back to fitness and to assess how well he reacts to his return to training.

It will be interesting to see if there is any change to his playing consistency. He could be a little hot & cold with his on-field performances, and I wonder if that may have reflected his off field issues. If he is more settled in his mood and demeanor, it may show on field as well.

                          Best of luck to him.

great news. don't want to rush him but when he's fit enough we could get 20 - 30 mins from him playing in the middle sooner rather than later
