through Telstra you can get deals that make it cheaper, paying $17 a mth. So works reasonably well. Just not as sharp as Foxtel. Occasionally will buffer.

They're probably more interested in reading articles that celebrate the game a little bit more.
I remember the Roosters/Bulldogs rivalries in the 00's just how toxic the rhetoric around those games became and how personally as someone who would attend those games with a group of mates (mix of Roosters and Dogs fans) it just stopped becoming enjoyable as there was always a strange feeling that violence could spill out inside and outside of the stadium at any moment. It became a less about a rugby league game and more about off field point scoring and hate for one another.
I love the hype and I hate Souffs but I also want to enjoy the football, talk about JWH's performance, talk about Paulo's redemption arc, talk about the FOOTBALL contest between Graham and Suaalii but instead in that press conference there were some journos who just wanted to nit pick small events to try and drive more hate, more outrage, more click bait...
He is 100% right to challenge them to be better and to provide more balanced coverage.

It froze 3-4 times and crashed once during 1 and a half games of footy.
I'm not paying money for something that does not work.
Foxtel is 54 bucks a month and I only watch Rooster games on it but it delivers.
I have had both running at same time and the stream quality is identical at 1920x1080 @ 50fps. Kayo better for some things such as watching multiple sports at once via splitscreen (depending on device and internet bandwidth), never having to record, etc. Foxtel IQ works a bit nicer when fast forwarding or rewinding.
You get 2 connections with Kayo. If it is just for you then I recommend finding someone else who wants Kayo and splitting the bill.

And you need to be aware that if you are currently on Foxtel Cable, that medium will soon be handed over to NBN and you will be forced to stream Foxtel across the internet anyway. i.e. you may soon end up with same problem regardless of Foxtel or Kayo.

Nothing beats the uninterrupted quality of Foxtel IQ over Cable, but as I said:
The cable network in Australia is closing (foxtel.com.au)

During a jog today a workmate was telling me that you can get a discount on Kayo if you have a Qantas Frequent Flyers account. He had another deal but I forget what it was (he's a really thrifty dude when it comes to such things - personally I prefer to protect my data and sign up for as few things as possible but meh).
Side note I watched Robbo's interview. Not bad but IMO quite a few parts only as good as the questions (e.g. do we intentionally train players to provoke Walker?) I feel as though Robbo has Buzz around his finger as he knows all his techniques and how to deal with them in a way that gets him the story he wants without saying anything.

Probably keep away from Foxtel Now streaming across NBN as it's got constant bad reviews.
Would personally recommend replacing cable with a dish.
