Well rested and ready to go after the bye. I'm still on a high from beating Souths, and I'm feeling very positive about this one.

Parra scraped their first win last week, but it was a big scalp in the Panthers, and they've been in with a shot in their first 3 games as well. It shouldn't be easy, but our record against the Eels over the Robbo period is excellent.

A few changes since last game, triggered by Manu being suspended. He's replaced by Hutch ... I know how much you are all going to love that (except Sally). Whyte & Allan come onto the bench. May is missing.

Can't wait for Thursday night !!

parra just beat the premiers and won't be a pushover but they've got a good recent record over them so that victory wasn't so surprising.
joey's a big out but maybe the other joey will have room to shine.

Brown has a hamstring issue and is not expected to be back until Rnd 7 (same rnd as Lodge's return). I'd be surprised if he doesn't need a few games in NSW Cup before he's ready to hit the paddock for 1sts.

Probably the first time I haven't shuddered at the thought of Hutch in our starting side. Allan is crud and not a Rooster.

I'm a bit concerned with that bench though. Surely May is injured? Also perfect time for NBrown to come in. Must be a bit underdone. Trust in Trent I guess.

My the only one worried about the future? Centre stocks looking low, with Manu to 5/8 in the next couple of years, sualli to union, and dom young unproven in center. Unless in a couple of years, we splash on a center we have blooded no one and even then we need a couple guys for some depth... manu didn't get good overnight, and youngsters need a chance to build over a couple of seasons as we have seen with how we have managed the forwards... Can't see drew playing center in 2 years time...
