Apparently the Dragons could be having a cleanout/'fire sale', reportedly.

Would take Blake Lawrie, but looking at their side this week there's only 2 players by my count that would make our best 17.

Not sure if I missed it but thought he deserved some praise, Egan Butcher had his best game of the season. His partnership with Keary seemed to be much more fluid and he was running some really good lines.

I was hoping for a bash up-athon since we play Storm next week and Souths were other side but it never happened really - thought the game was a bit soft. Bar that one cracking hit in the first half.

Was definitely a big improvement. Sitili would have punched through the line I reckon, we will be more potent when he's back out there.

As mentioned previously I was unable to attend the game and had to endure watching it on Ch 9,a first for many years due to a 12 yr ban.
I watched it at a friends residence.
The commentary was woeful, so today I decided to watch the Kayo replay. From the time Teddy went off until halftime there was no mention who replaced him at FB whilst Ch 9 took over 10 minutes to announce it. Absolutely pathetic are the NRL media partners commentary teams.
Furthermore i usually watch the games with no audio due to Craig Wings advice many seasons ago.

I flicked over from Foxtel to 9 at the end of the game to get the player interviews and inside the dressing rooms. The first thing I heard were the commentators crapping on about how the depleted eels were so brave missing their players! We had more out than them!
