I didn’t watch the game on tv had to listen on radio, however those who watched it either on fox or Ch9, did any of the so called commentators remark at the crowd size for a Friday night against one of the top 4 teams of the comp? I get so irritated when the same so called commentators take swipes at our crowd figures. Even Voss , whom I do have a soft spot for, was being a comedian on Friday morning when our crowd of over 20,000 was mentioned, he made the crack “ was that20,000 arms?”then he laughed it off as if it was a funny joke.

We seemed to have picked up at least 5000 extra supporters since we returned from the scg to our classy new digs. The ends being vacant up the top tier probably makes the crowd look smaller than it is.

Don't think Wanker is washed up - he looked dangerous enough tonight. Latrella's first half was a disgrace - it was as lazy as I've seen from him. Fair dink he's a talent and a beast when he wants to be but it seems he needs his team to be on top to get involved. Teddy did more work in 15mins on Thursday than Latrella did all game tonight.

He's obviously not fit enough. He is indulged too much at the red and green. If he were still here, we'd both probably have another premiership under our belts, as he wouldn't be allowed to get away with ill-discipline and laziness, and he'd be playing in the centres where he belongs (but don't tell souffs!).

Speaking of crowds, I was very surprised that our crowd on Thursday was only 21k plus. It looked like 30 to 35k for sure. We're usually accused of inflating crowd figures..did we deflate them on Thursday?

Remember when we won the minor premiership in 2013 at south’s home ground? 60,000 were in attendance that night but the following weekend for a top 4 week 1 finals match between south’s and Melbourne saw a crowd of 20,000 which I believe was their second home final since 1989. The team with no fans brought a lot of support because I was there and saw it and the so called pride of the league gave up after 1 loss.

Nah, 21,000 was about right, the lower bowl was full , most of the upper deck was empty apart from a section of the members on about the half way line.
