Yes might be playing well knowing it’s the last season to push on, knowing he is nearly done that might push him to complete his career
I think he and the club would know if he was thinking of going around again or not
seems signing leniu shows it’s most likely the last season
let’s hope he gets what he deserves if it is

Veteran and Developed Player Allowance for eligible players who were either developed by the Club prior to becoming NRL players and / or have been a Top 30 player for at least 8 years at the Club or have been a Top 30 player for at least 10 years across the game
When you look at the 10 year criteria
Players eligible now are JWH (2010) / Luke Keary ( 2013) / James Tedesco ( 2012 -1 game - be from 2013)
Daniel Tupou will be eligible under the 10 year criteria in 2024
Joey Manu would be eligible in 2025 - Top 30 player for at least 8 years at the club ( 2016-3 games so be from 2017)
