As always injuries will be our main issue.

What is concerning is that teams now seem to be going after Teddy, Manu and Kez. I have a theory. Is it possible that some teams are willing to cop ten in the bin and a 1 game suspension for a fringe or non spine player to take out one our our key men early in a game.

Look at what happened vs souffs in the final last year, and against Parra. Teams are targeting Teddy early knowing with his history he would probably fail an HIA. Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but its just something I've noticed of late

Teddy's running style doesn't help him with HIA in particular when he does the quick pass on when he chimes into the background when he starts sliding down and the opposition outside backs are jamming in to try to stop him. I know the onus is on the defender to not hit the head but if their target area is his chest it becomes his head when he dips late.

Fair point, but how many of those defenders were trying to wrap their arms around him and make a genuine/traditional tackle? These defenders go into the contact with stiff arms down their sides and brace with their shoulder which is what is making the initial contact

They’re in a bit of bother now though. With no halfback and an otherwise weak spine, and the excitement of the first month gone, they will do well to finish above the bottom 4

It's only exciting because I haven't had minor, repetitive heart attacks since the opening round.
1985: 1 try vs Parramatta, 1 try vs Manly, 1 try vs Wests, 2 tries vs Souffs
1986: 2 tries vs Illawarra, 1 try vs Balmain, 2 tries vs Norths.
