Thoroughly beaten tonight. 3 reasons to why:
1. Storm were at their best. Never too k their foot of the gas, got repeat sets, attacked our weak points very well.
2. Roosters shot themselves in the foot too many times to count. Our coach called for discipline at HT and we did the opposite.
3. Klein. He’s got to be one the shittest ref in the game. Definitely not the reason why we lost, but really kicked us in the balls at points.
I honestly thought we were pretty gutsy for most of the second half despite the result. We’ve got the Sharks next, hopefully we dish out a top 4 performance.
Also Hutch shouldn’t play centre again. I’d rather us play Allan.EASTS TO WIN!

Radley apparently was on a brain food diet and tonite re confirmed to me he has shit for brains. Not hard to know Klein and Sutton would target him just like in the semi last year. I’ve said it before he isn’t a team player. The less media he gets the better and the less roosters.com give him coverage may help him return to not being a Bronte mug lair footy player.

That was an atrocious display in wet conditions tonight when ball control should have been at a premium. I harp on about it but Suaalii isn't suited to the left side of the field, he looks awkward when he has a left hand carry and I think we lose so much with his early carries out of yardage and his potency catching kicks.
Sammy had a shocker though admittedly he was playing behind a badly beaten pack due to poor handling.
Robbo comparing Hutch to Aubo is laughable as the only thing he does better is kick.
Time to regroup after that poor effort and we'll be better with Teddy back and we need Lodge as one of our middles as we lose too much when JWH and Collins go off.
Radley hasn't learnt to pull his head in with the discipline which we have to work our way around as we have to learn to win prelims and grand finals when Klein has the whistle.

Still can't fathom (even though I've seen enough of Sutton) the bunker almost instantly confirming the Olam kick and Coates try (2 knockons) - that putdown cleared the hands after first contact.
I mean, is it actually in the rules you can dropkick into the ingoal? They awarded one to Slater in origin a couple of years back - dubious then dubious now.Formerly Stringaz, from the old Wall!

pretty sure they changed the rule this year, where you need to regain possession of the ball before putting it down(maybe)

Don't hit the panic button... Storm were at close to their best plus had the ref on their side. We got no calls.
Our defence held up well given the context of the game with us having to defend our line for 70% of the game. Couldve folded like a pack or cards.
The handling errors killed us. Same old same old. We can iron them out. Its only Round 6. Dont panic. We have light years of improvement, Melbourne dont. That's them. Very beatable.
