The rooster style is fast becoming outlawed so we need to look for a diffferent playing style.
This is his 4th consecutive bad year

Every other team has dangerous edge forwards. The Butcher brothers have put in ok but we'll be much more potent when Angus and Sitili are there

Far too early to be asking for Robbo's head IMO.
Towards the backend of last year, we got on a bit of a roll and were putting most teams away. Let's hope we can rediscover that form and give ourselves a chance.

Is there anyone better than Robbo out there? Can't really see it myself although Cleary must have a good chance for the 3 peat and be the first since big Jack which is no mean feat.
Personally, I think I would prefer Fitzy over Cronk as a coach although maybe as a team, they could cover all the bases. During '18 and '19 a few of us said to enjoy the moment because the purple patches don't go on forever.
Maybe if anything Robbo needs to evaluate what needs changing and then have the balls to make those changes. Uncle Nick said he sees Robbo as an 'alex ferguson' type. Ferguson was ruthless and over his reign could change a team quickly and successfully. Let's see if Robbo can do the same if this season fails.

p.s. Just reading my post back and we already proved we could be ruthless punting Pearce to bring in Cronk with great success, so if we fail this season, have faith that the brains trust can come up with a solution.

The ruthless decision on Pearce was over 5 years ago. Have we seen once since?

Cronk was the missing piece to the jigsaw mate and not sure just one player could make such a difference to us at the moment. Maybe a bit of rejigging and a signing or two. Manu is wasted for someone with so much natural ability and he isn't going to fullback after extending Teddy's contract. If we fail this season, I would like to see Manu at 6. ''IF'' Billy smith can stay fit, he could play centre and Sualli would have a years experience under his belt. Another big bopper or two and Dom Young coming our way and at least it looks freshened up a bit.

Same time last year both these guys were copping it for poor performances.

Right now I don’t think either would be any more effective in the shapes and plays we are running.

I remember in 18 on anzac day getting beaten but just being so frustrated with robbo because we couldnt score any points … but then we went on to win 2 comps in a row. Robbo is the man for me.

Would be really weird to see but Wayne Bennett is giving up the Dolphins gig in 2025, he'd be 75 but he'd be a great coach at the Roosters I think.
We need a coach with a pulse. I’d be sick seeing him in our colours.

You’d enjoy seeing him run rings around us in the Dolphins strip, would you? That kid is going to be whatever he wants in this game. He’s a freakish talent and we need to keep him at all costs.

He’s got to be allowed more opportunity to play his natural game though. Whatever/whoever they’re trying to turn him into isn’t working yet.

Bring PvL to coach. Things might start going our way then
