What a schoolboy error that was. But as Robbo would say, “we’ll take our lesson”.

We’ll click. We had such a bog average game plan, the attack was pedestrian but the halves can fire, we know that from the back end of last year. The defence wasn’t as bad as it’s being made out, our scramble was actually quite good. Not to mention the fact we were down a man for the early stages and managed to turn them away quite often on our line.
We have the roster, we do have the coach, and we have troops coming back. Our spine hasn’t had many consistent games together yet, our backline has changed most weeks. We’re building towards something great, have patience and try and suffer the grind in these early rounds.

A lot of criticism was thrown around through the early part of 2018. Similar situation with the altered spine yet to discover how to play together. If we stay at 50/50 or better going into the middle rounds I reckon we’ll have a strong run home & can run deep into September.

Talk was Shane Flanagan or a Combo of Dean Young and Ben Hornby for the Dragons Job if they make the decision to move Anthony Griffin on
Des Hasler and Michael McGuire would be in the discussions as well one assumes for either the Storm or Dragons job

Backrow of
Gus / Sitili / Egan
with Nat at lock
Rads to reggies for awhile to learn / adjust and perhaps back to the bench.
