Walker/Keary not regularly taking on the line has been part of the attacking issues this year teams have been able to confidently slide without fear of either taking off on any given play, having Manu at 6 will cause opposition defensive lines to respect his threat to run.

If it’s a short term decision, i.e just to go find some form and work on some parts of his game out of the spotlight I imagine Hutchinson will just come in at a right centre but if it’s a longer term decision and Robbo is genuinely looking at Manu as a long term 5/8 then surely Suaalii would switch over to the right edge centre spot and someone else would have to fill that left edge centre spot… Pauga?

I know I'll get crucified for saying this, but I'd play Momirovski at right centre. He is a right side specialist & is MUCH better on that side.

From reports it says mimorovski played ok on the weekend and he can take left centre whilst moving Sualli to right centre

It’s as much about taking the line on as it is playing into the line also though and the latter is certainly the part Manu needs to work on if he’s going to be a half. He needs to have some understanding how to play in structure, not everything can be off the cuff as a 5/8.

Won’t get crucified by me, I think that’s a reasonable suggestion. I do think if 6 games was enough for Robinson to take action on the halves issues though he will have had to of looked at how ineffective Suaalii has been to date as well.
