The suggestions to perhaps drop Rads or Keary are ludicrous and will never happen. They are considered leaders within the team, and Kez is still one of the best players in the business.
How Hutch avoids reggies continues to be unfathomable, and I get the hysteria on this one.
i heard the time keeper will be best man at his future wedding, they spend that much time together & are close.

Keary is good enough to play either half… but he is best as a running 6… best on the edge… where he can use his pace… though he has lost a step… which is why he isn’t as effective anymore
Walker is a scheming ad lib unorthodox 7… a young Alfie Langer if you like… he’s not an edge player… and his level is not predictable… that’s not his fault… he’s only 20
I never said I wanted Robbo gone… just his love child removed from the squad… but things have also been getting a bit tiresome around here these last 18 months don’t you think?
I know you don’t ever wish to criticise this club or anyone associated with it… but that does not necessarily make you the best fan… at some point you’re just enabling the underachievement
Keary is not a half - obviously you missed 2/3rds of the 2022 season
As for the Mercurial Hutchinator well he is still doing something that you and his baggers could never do like or lump it.- It's irrelevant what you or they think - pissing in the wind - monotonous malarkey
As for being a fan you only turn up here when they lose and your noticeably conspicuous by your absence when they win
Anyway back to the number 1 sport - the Maestro Max Fried got through 5 innings and Ronald Acuna Jr continued his hitting streak - 3 hits from 5 at bats- Chop on Braves

Salvo I only comment when there is something to comment about… something remarkable… I don’t feel the need to comment when we’re doing what we should… beating the Warriors or edging Souths by 2 points… should I be on here vigorously applauding that we beat the Rabbits by 2? It was a good win… don’t want to lose to those pricks… but that’s it… it wasn’t dominant… it wasn’t super impressive
Can you understand that mate? I’ve been a diehard Rooster for many years… before the days you laced up a boot… you need to drop the bullshit that anyone who doesn’t agree with you doesn’t matter because they’re not playing NRL… it’s childish and obnoxious son… you’re better than that

Wow....Rainbow Robbo must be a DEATH RIDER now...there is no harsher criticism on a player than dropping him.
Looks like all the critics were right, and all the fake high horse holy than thou riders (eg. Triggered Banana Rooster36 and the like) were wrong as per usual. Seems like everything wasn't hunky dory after all. Running at 50% wins ain't good enough, even Robbo knows that now.

I don’t mind Robbo decision this week. Having said that keary really needs to stand up now
Don't pretend to be a critic now...U are one big triggered fraud
U attacked everyone who was critical of our performances, now u pretending to fit in and criticize yourself...
Dig dig...u fraud.

Sam the scapegoat for our poor forward performances this yr (excluding Collins and JWH)...especially the back-row of the butcher boys. Nat is best as a middle forward i.e lock, even though he can't ball play before the line. Half's needs forward dominance, we all know that.
Sam at worst should have been dropped to interchange. Who would u rather come on when the team needs spark and flair, Sam's flair or the plodder hutch with just plod? Plod don't win games.Last edited by Rocky Rhodes; 04-18-2023, 11:48 PM.

It could stop - Radley going to the sin bin, Teddy running around in circles, our discipline, our completion rate, Paulo coming in off his wing, Suaalii playing better at centre & maybe even winning a Rd 1 game.
To be serious I love what Robbo has done for the club & he has my eternal respect but still stand by the view that his coaching has been in decline the last 2yrs.

Our attack looks cluncky AF, but that's not just because of Keary & Walker, it's also because Smith is still learning how to play with them & Teddy, and they are still learning how to play with him. Just like when Cronk arrived, it is taking time to gel. We don't need knee-jerk reactions, we need time to develop the combo's.
I am not sure that working out combos can still be used after 7 rounds into the competition though as Tedesco/Keary and Walker for instance have played together enough times and they would have been working on this new spine combo pre-season and at training leading up to every next next match.
For example Penrith have a new dummy half in Luke in their spine / Dolphins have had several new combo's in their spine who have never played with each other before and they are winning games.
I think it goes a bit deeper than the combo's taking time to gel though
2022
It could have been a combination of switching Keary and Walker plus Watsons new role and E Butcher's impact in games and a change in fortunes that was the catalyst for a change in performance and not solely switching Keary and Walker.
Winning is a habit as they say and no doubt teams gain increased confidence when winning consecutive games or going on a winning streak
It could also have been the fear of failure that spurred them into action - The playing group as individuals and as a collective suddenly realising that they could miss the finals if they didn't pull their fingers out and start winning games.
We may never know

None of this makes any sense ... what's the point in having Walker on the bench ? How's that going to boost his performance or turn things around for the team and the form ?
I'm just as f*cking confused as everyone else is here but f*ck me ... Walker isn't the issue nor should he bear the brunt to be dropped and cop shit from the media.
I just don’t understand the logic of not naming him but then backflip ping and playing him and adding all this external, irrelevant pressure for no reason.
He SHOULD be given a bench spot, but time will tell
