I don’t have too much to say RE 6/7 play… never been one, never pretended to be one but as a middle, always appreciated a good one (& vice-a-versa).

I just hope that young Sammy, whose obvious ability, potential & future will be a huge one no doubt, learns something from the whole experience & takes all the positives out of it.

Everyone has to go through some crap in their lives at some point. The outcome depends on what your attitude towards the situation is & what you are willing to do about it.

Like Giannis replied to a know-it-all reporter after his team, the Bucks, “failed” to progress in the NBA finals series.

Another point yet to be mentioned on this thread is that the calibre of halfbacks coming through the grades atm is quite low. Sammy and Cleary are the only genuine 7s currently play in the NRL that you could confidently say will still be playing 7 in the NRL in ten years time. Burton is more a 5/8 and doubt still exist around Illas. Moses if he is still around will be in the ESL on a retirement plan. Better to stick with Sammy (who could well win 3 or more comps with us).and invest with a 5/8 that will complement his gsme

Ridiculous statement.

I don’t want it either and if it does happen I can only say that my respect for Robinson as a coach will diminish greatly because Walker is not Flanagan. He is a future superstar. To let him go would be madness and the competence of any coach who did that must be questioned. I’m getting nervous about Robbo and hope Walker is just temporarily out and it’s not a push to get him to request an early release.
