have not read every post here but wait on the bloke that tackled Smith got him into a head lock slammed into the ground then squeezed on him more and bent his head up ...forget the players name .Shouldn't the NRL check this out and get the bloke? It was definitely intentional .

100%. If this was an opposition player coming off a Rads, JWH or a few others player tackles, there would be a retrospective charge by the NRL and a media uproar. The media have mentioned the injury but not the cause, play, or player involved and from what I've seen, nothing from the NRL but crickets.
