Today we go out there and put our egos aside and play the way a great side is expected to play. Enough of this amateur stuff where they look like they are playing together for the first time and no more pathetic defence out wide. The last three games have been massive disappointments. Let’s start our season today.

The chooks are a dead set lottery this season.Have no 8dea what shit they are gonna dish up today...playing fir 80 mins seems to be the hard task.when they get rattled a little bit the can fall to pieces quickly.The class is there though .

They are without Klokstad, Harris, Martin and Tevaga. That's 4 of their most influential players and like you say a short turnaround for them also. Today will come down desire to win and will be a scrappy affair IMO. Agree, no excuses

Anything could happen today, we could click and do a number on them, they have been up for a while and are missing troops, but on the other hand they have been playing very well, showing grit and they are at home. it will depend on which roosters team shows up and how much we want it.
If they beat us easily then it's seriously a sign that we are not a happy team, I think there is a lot of confusion in the ranks, something affecting the players adhesion.
We need to play up tempo, hard, but then we run the risk of errors and penalties which could cost us the game.
We just don't seem capable of putting it together and walking that fine line.
