  • Which player were you most upset to see leave the club

For me it has always been Roger Tuivasa-Sheck.

After playing a couple of seasons on the wing learning the ropes he was handed the keys in 2015 and was absolutely tearing up. A better step I'm yet to see, felt like he had the world at his feet and he was going to lead us to more glory before signing with the Warriors which at the time felt like it came out of nowhere.

However with all the Walker talk I think I would probably change my mind to Walker if he was to leave (not that I think he will).

Curious to see who that player is for everyone else.

Craig Wing, RTS and now probably Sam Walker... ditto with you.

        James Maloney. What a player!
I also loved his larrikinism. Was it the Raiders game when he threw someones footy boot into the crowd?

Definitely RTS. One of those “where were you when you heard moments”. I remember exactly where I was.

Was also pretty shattered about Latrell. I could handle him leaving but it cut deep him going to our arch enemy.

It would be disappointing if Walker left but I’d move on pretty quick knowing he can only kick about 40 metres and his bombs go about 15 metres high. If he wants to leave cause he got dropped then good luck to him. There’s no place at The Roosters for sooks. In saying this, we have no reason to believe he is having a sook.

            Liu

            Boustead
            SKD
            Pearce, a bit...
            Peard
            Rocky Laurie
            Barkley
            McCabe

            Probably in that order too.

              Nathan Blacklock

Certainly one that got away - Les Cleal got Nathan to the Roosters.

His combo with Anthony Mundine would keep many a Coach and player up late at night when playing the Dragons next game.

RTS - clean skin, amazing work ethic, freak ability

Was just saying to my wife over dinner that I would be gutted in we lost Walker in the near future. I think he could play 15 years in firsts for us and I love the way he plays.

I was gutted when Bowie went to Manly. Farking silvertails.

Probably Maloney in recent times. RTS too obviously. And you have to say Latrell at the time. Probably the most talented of all, as easy as he is to dislike now.

I don’t think I’d be too bothered if Sam goes and lobs his harbour bridge passes somewhere else.
