Joey Manu has 40minutes to prove he's fit to wear the 6 for the rest of the season. His play so far has been detrimental to our attack, gives us no structure and continuously second guessing himself when he does find himself in space.

Otherwise plans to convert him into the next 5/8 need to be shelved for another season.

What an underwhelming half. The only good thing to say is that there is plenty of room for improvement.

Yeah what frustrated me is that we had 2-3 chances on their line and threw the ball away on the 2nd or 3rd tackle instead of showing composure.

Only down by 6 so anything can happen. Rain and a rotten turf though. ANYTHING could mean injuries (with Egan already out for 11 days or whatever the rule is). Sigh.

WTF was with Granville's blatant strip? I didn't get it. The ref had a LOT of instructions for the bunker about it (basically told them why it was apparently legit) and it was as if they were too confused/intimidated to tell him 'we'll rule on it ourselves thanks... Granville was holding the ball the whole time and clearly stripped it... textbook strip... Easts get a set from 20m out... eeerm... sorry Klein, stop arguing back!!!'

We were a much higher scoring team with Walker playing. All we are doing is taking the ball out of our own half. No pressure on them at all. This team isn’t a top 8 team. Way too many errors, dropped balls. With such a roster why are we being outplayed all over the park by the team in 16th place?
