    2018 won the comp
    2019 won the comp
2020 made the top 4, lost to minor premiers by a point in week 1 of finals and then ran out of juice in a disappointing loss
2021 despite a huge injury list made the second week of the finals. could have won dally m coach of the year
2022 bad start to the season but the team was the in form team in the run up to the finals. if not for injuries to manu, teddy, toops etc we would have gone further

sorry, i haven't read any of the comments so far but anyone suggesting robbo should be sacked mid season is crazy.
sure, if we don't make the finals this year and next then his position should come under review but let's cross that bridge if we come to it. atm he's the coach - for those who can't be with the one they love - love the one you're with.

Certainly not in the parallel universe where you have come from.

When the Roosters start winning which they will you won't on here thankfully nor your alter ego water boy either

      Happy Days are coming
So what positions do you think Walsh, Mam, Reynolds & Walters play?

He is comparing Brisbane's spine to ours and suggesting that we are stronger in 3 of the 4 positions. I tend to agree with him overall .... perhaps not on current form however.

We are too bloody privileged supporting this club. Thank goodness some of our so called fans haven't supported the titans!

We started last year awfully similar, have faith in Trent and the powers that be to get this right. That is the motivation now to kick on as we are completely directionless in attack.
I knew someone would come out with this rubbish....... 4 POINTS OFF TOP SPOT wake up mate,
we are 4 POINTS OFF 15TH SPOT,
We have a worse for and against than the team running 11th and they haven't had their bye.
and 4 of the teams behind us still have to get their free two points for the bye.
We are not doing well by any standard, it's not acceptable for a roster like ours ( I CAN'T CALL THEM A TEAM )
because they play like a bunch of strangers

Robbo looks fat and smug to me.
He regurgitates the same crap every week.
His decisions re Suaali, Walker and the Handbrake are ridiculous.
His results given the roster he has had are nothing special since 2019.
He needs a kick up the arse, just like he gave to the 20 year old halfback who is the most creative player on our roster.

We also have the second worst attack. Only the lowly Tigers are below us.

Kind of wasn't concentrating on that post as the other 300000000000000000000 posts bashing up Robbo must have dulled my vision.

Current form which is all that matters

Brisbane would be 4 - 0 or 3-1 if Smith is playing better than Walters

Manu stifled himself and the attack yesterday by second guessing himself.

Run or pass. He looked so much like a centre playing 5/8.

Watching Brown for the Eels, he immediately knew which action to take. Obviously seasoned in the position, the burning question is how long we wait for Joey to become a 6?

It could turn into a burnt season.

Once Lord Angus is starting again, walker needs to reclaim a halves position.
Formerly Stringaz, from the old Wall!

If anyone doesn’t think the coaching staff is the issue based on that fact alone needs their heads read..

                  Tedesco
                  Tupou
                  Sualii
                  Manu
                  Keary
                  Walker

No way on earth should a team with players of this calibre be second last in attack!

If he doesn't deliver at least a prelim this year I'd consider moving him on as the 2020s would look like the following:

2020 - Top 4 finish where we crashed out in straight sets

2021 - Barely squeaked past a Titan's side we were expected to do very well against, then got belted by Manly 42-6

2022 - One of the most frustrating finals performances I've seen as we play Souths and are embarrassed by them. Crash out in Round 1 of the finals losing 30-14.

Unacceptable if we don't go deep this year.
These seasons need some context, 2021 in particular. To even be in the finals that year was a master stroke.

Yes how ridiculous to consider who would replace him when informing an opinion on who should be the head coach..

Although watching the team yesterday if anyone could tell me what the actual game plan IS i'd love to hear it
Question, if you don’t know what the game plan is how do you know it hasn’t changed?

Once players cross the white stripe they are accountable for their individual performances and performance as a team

The Roosters need to get back to basics in getting to the kick in their sets and working hard in D.

Set for set footy may not be the brightest type of football on the eyes but getting into the grind is a proven way to build a game and win the yardage and field position battle - if it takes 80 or so minutes to win a game then so be it.

They need to be show more patience as to me they look flustered , anxious, frantic and maybe are trying too hard when the points aren't coming

That could bring about ill discipline - incomplete sets / poor judgement / poor kicking game / handing errors / missed tackles / penalties and set restarts conceded etc etc.

They are coming up against the best team at grind footy over the past 2 or 3 years this Friday Night so they will need to match this for the full game.

As Wok Warren Ryan said - if you are not prepared to get in the grind then time you got out of the line or something like that - His Dogs or War D mentality I recall

Hmmm Cherry picking a sentence in a bigger post to suit your agenda I see.

Some people are frozen with fear if change was required. Like Robbo has exclusive rights to coach forever regardless of results.

It's almost like there's no coach's or assistant coach's anywhere here or overseas who would ever apply for a 1st grade coaching job.

I'm sure Uncle Nick would diligently do his homework.
