No way on earth should a team with players of this calibre be second last in attack!
My boss isn't the difference between whether I'm do a good or bad job, a good leader can certainly elevate good to great though.

The Roosters need to get back to basics in getting to the kick in their sets and working hard in D.
Set for set footy may not be the brightest type of football on the eyes but getting into the grind is a proven way to build a game and win the yardage and field position battle - if it takes 80 or so minutes to win a game then so be it.
They need to be show more patience as to me they look flustered , anxious, frantic and maybe are trying too hard when the points aren't coming
That could bring about ill discipline - incomplete sets / poor judgement / poor kicking game / handing errors / missed tackles / penalties and set restarts conceded etc etc.
They are coming up against the best team at grind footy over the past 2 or 3 years this Friday Night so they will need to match this for the full game.
As Wok Warren Ryan said - if you are not prepared to get in the grind then time you got out of the line or something like that - His Dogs or War D mentality I recall
It's his job to have the best players in their proper positions.
It's his job to ensure he adapts to the rule changes in the game.
It's his job to ensure he doesn't single out a future super star halfback as the sole reason the team cant score points especially since last year when they won 8 in a row & were racking up scores with that same player.
It's also his job to ensure the team stops having embarrassing Rd 1 losses which has become a running joke.

Some people are frozen with fear if change was required. Like Robbo has exclusive rights to coach forever regardless of results.
It's almost like there's no coach's or assistant coach's anywhere here or overseas who would ever apply for a 1st grade coaching job.
I'm sure Uncle Nick would diligently do his homework.
Just because others have a differing opinion to you doesn't meant they are "frozen in fear".
I've heard rational and sound arguments for the pros and cons of Trent Robinson, I don't agree with all but I certainly wouldn't say those who disagree with sacking Robinson are frozen in fear.

Would you question your boss if your whole business started to decline?

The boss gives you the direction and holds the staff accountable for their performances, not just one staff member when their are others performing just as bad..
In this case the boss has made some very odd decisions that seem to have affected the whole team hence why they look lost out on the field with the ball..
It just shouldn’t happen with such a talented group of players being paid very well!

Cowboys out enthused us, you can talk tactics all you want but step 1 is show up. That's on the individual, not my bosses job to motivate me.

In saying that I disagree with you regarding me not being capable of looking beyond that..
Ultimately I’m a Rooster supporter and this is a performance driven business, and unfortunately at the moment the Coach is underperforming with the cattle he has at his disposal..
I respect that you love Robbo as all your posts seem to be defending him no end,but I rather keep it real and say it how it is!

But I love the club more, I grew up idolising and loving Minichiello and had no issues calling for his axing in his final years because I thought it was the right thing at the time for the club to move forward.
I just don’t think trying Suaalii at centre is an odd decision, I don’t think moving Manu to 5/8 is an odd decision and I don’t think dropping Walker is an odd decision because I can see the rationale in it.
Do I think they are the correct calls? No personally I said in pre-season I was very worried about Suaalii’s ability at centre, I’ve said multiple times on here that Manu doesn’t play with enough structure to be a half and he would need to develop a lot to get there and that Walker would be in my best 17 but I also understand Robinson’s rational and he’s proven me wrong more times than he has right so I’m not going to pretend that his decisions are odd and lacking in logic.
