Putting to one side the fact that Robbo has built this club and this team into a farkin powerhouse of the NRL over 10 years. Putting that to one side, and all the stuff he has done and the decisions he's made in that time, and the culture he has ingrained into the modern day fabric of our club. Where we were once the transit lounge for overpaid hacks, now we are the opposite.

Comps aren't won in May.

We are what 1/3rd of the way through the regular season? And for all our troubles and poor form we're in the 8.

Be patient. Robbo has had more than enough success to be afforded some patience.

He has had enough success to be given the benifit of doubt...
You cant just hang your hat on past performances
though, the modern Roosters demand success and the pressure would be mounting.

Good post BBR. I’m one of Robbo’s biggest fans and agree with you. But I really would like to see him put RU Joe back on the wing though and hope there will be a late change to that effect just before kick off. I’m also hoping Sam will be back real soon and if not then Joey is helped to add some more to his game at 6 such as learning to pass to his outside men. Our forwards look good and it’s great that we hav3 the second best defence in the comp. This is a huge plus as defence wins premierships. We just need to get the attack moving as we all know.

Let's ignore the injury toll we had in 2020 and 2021 and the injuries and rort of the semi last year. Easy to cry at the time how bad we copped it but just as easy to ignore if it suits the agenda.

how do robbo's detractors think they'd go if they were able to put their case to him? do you think he'd slap his head and say if only i thought of that? i think there's a disconnect between fantasy and reality here. no harm in coming on here to vent after an indifferent start to the season but there's no one here who has as good a footy brain as him. i've got no doubt that if anyone on here had a talk with him 1 on 1 they'd reaslise that the bloke knows a lot more than any of us do.
he mightn't get everything right but if anybody on here had his responsibility they'd get a lot more wrong

Although you always find such folk never taking the next step - they talk the talk but never walk the walk

Of course the old we can have an opinion / don't have to have played NRL or Coached NRL to have an opinion blah blah blah will be trotted out.

Tedious though to hear the same opinion dishing the same players and now coach by the same folk ad nauseum though

One poster even counted that one of these folk had 30 odd posts about the same topic and saying the same things about Coach Robinson yesterday and by the looks of it today they have probably doubled it.

We don't need to talk to him to realise he knows more than all of us put together....99.99999% of the time. Suaalii running out at centre still surely is the exception. He looks ****ing clueless, is killing us and is offering nothing......PLUS HE IS LEAVING !!! Why the fark are they trying to persevere with him at that position? Only thing can be they are trying not to hurt his feelings so he looks at coming back to us in the future.
