You don't have to be Einstein to see that something is wrong, very wrong and signs of getting worse, so who do you blame.... the guru coach, who else?
If anyone should be hanging their head it's Twent.
Young halves are not his forte obviously, he needs a second coach on the field.
Young forwards don't do so well under him either.
He can even get the Australian captain searching for answers.

Who’s doubting his knowledge of rugby league? that’s his life… also doesn’t necessarily make him a good coach… there’s a great deal more to it than that

Judge him on performance… and not from 3 years ago… it’s there for all to see… and Roosters fans are hardly the only ones commenting on it
'judge him on performance and not from 3 years ago' ,,, i'm judging him on his performance over the last decade. surely that makes sense?

nevertheless his performance over the last 3 years is pretty good -
2020 - made the top 4, lost to the minor premiers by a point in the first week of the semis and then ran out of juice and had a disappointing loss to canberra
2021 - despite a big injury toll made the second week of the semis. could easily have won dally m coach of the year
2022 - poor start to the season but had the team firing at the right time. if not for injuries to teddy, manu, toops etc would have given penrith a run for their money

With three premierships in ten years, Robinson is not "necessarily a good coach"? Bellamy has a rate of 5 over 19 (including the stripped ones), Bennett 7 since 1987, Gibson 5 in 21, Cleary 2 from 16. I know who has the highest strike rate.

If we judged only on what's happening now, 16 coaches may as well quit tonight, cause they ain't first.

Everyone else loves to talk and speculate because they love to see us in this position. It's a new one. Its hardly the early 90s though.

2021 was a remarkable effort I agree… so how is it exactly he’s doing less with more now?

Last year wasn’t good… yes hit form near the end of the season but left it too late after a terrible start

This season is looking much the same

This is the best list in league… last year second best behind Penrith I would say… of course no one expects us to win it every year but we’re not even getting close… so it’s under achieving
