They decided to hang the sponsor banner in a laundromat and hold the press conference there whilst all machines were on full dry or full wash cycle. Robbo did a fairly poor impersonation of when Robbo was a successful coach, and the crowd weren't buying it. Teddy had difficulty turning off his 'game eyes' when listening to the questions and the rolling hum of the laundromat. Robbo wanted to say that he is more than halfway across the Rubicon, but he didn't. Teddy said, without saying it, we have not been that confident with your Maharishi style of coaching since the back-end of last year, and the manner in which you dumped Sam has consolidated our partly subconscious decision to not be consolidated.

I liked Teddy's attitude in the presser. Looked like he wanted to cry, like he was genuinely disgusted and ashamed and wanting to be better.

Robbo as usual talking like an executive at a board meeting, explaining why his quarterly results are down and saying all the buzz words... farrrk your "Roosters footy" system. Pick the right players in the right position and go back to basics. This team has that much strike power that going back to basics of effort, intensity and discipline (like Melbourne), the strike power alone will carry you to wins against the majority of sides in this comp.

The fact he says things like personnel doesn't matter because its all the same system. How would Riff go if they moved Luai to 7, S. Crichton to 6 and played Salmon in the centres and gave Cleary a spell. Their system might break aswell.

This is probably Robbo’s biggest test as a coach. I don’t think we have been under this much pressure through performance and from press (hand in hand) since he took the reins. I hope we can turn this around - I don’t like the idea of death-riding the team or coaching staff and wanting them to fail to get results.

I didn't say that he doesn't know how to coach. I just got the impression that he doesn't know where to start fixing the issues we have. If he did we would have seen at least some improvement from last week. We followed up our worst performance of the year (last week) with an even poorer showing. There's no disrespect in calling out a poor performance. He himself even admitted that part of the loss was on him.

Put your players back in their correct positions and get back to basics before it’s too late and we lose more players to injury like 2020/2021!

The one positive from the presser was Robbo admitted what many of us know...the coaching and preparation isnt cutting it, he at least took that responsibility with less spin. Ted looked pretty shattered.

Love how Teddy said they're doing everything right....just Not putting it together or implementing it. Haven't done a single thing right all season, so maybe he means something else outside of Footy.

We haven’t got the team. It’s a delusion to think in terms of we have a star studded side. Yes once but not any more. The simple truth is our older players can’t match it against the younger players and our other players are reserve grade level whom we have over hyped. But you see reality when we come against true 1st graders. We just can’t mix it with them. Teddy is Australian captain but no better than a reserve grade player. None of our so called stars would make Penrith reserves. We have a bunch of reserve graders posing as 1st graders and getting exposed every week.

It's fair to say our last successful year in Trent's coaching in 2019, we did have the best spine in the comp which would've made coaching easier. Teddy and Keary were younger, faster athletes but now just a shadow of what they were 4 years ago (especially Keary), plus our current 7 and 9 wouldn't come close to the quality of Cronk and Friend.

Ohhhhhh get off it mate. This is the farking issue with the club,we are too focused on the past and who’s done what in the past. We are overhyped as fark and have been for a long time. It’s up to who else to fix it? And so far there’s been nothing fixed
