    ROOSTERS SQUAD v DRAGONS

    Round 12 - Friday 19th May @ 6:00pm
    Jubilee Stadium, Kogarah

St Merge are a rabble, but so are we. Beware 'Sacked Coach Syndrome' ... you all know how that usually works out.

Friday 6:00pm games are crap. I don't expect much, and I have no higher ideals other than we might just scape a win - *just*. Who am I kidding, we'll compete for the first 10 minutes & then find a myriad of ways to stuff up. I'm (almost) over it.

Hutch in the halves, and the rest of the under-performing phonies pretty much as expected. But hey, we have "special boots" this week. Hooray !!

Apparently, the Dragons have not defeated the Roosters (outside of Anzac Day) since the 2010 Grand Final. Does that really mean anything? Who knows.

Good luck EASTS, you desperately need some !!

It means there one step closer to defeating us outside the Anzac day game .But not this week baby .Surely coach Robbo will have them ready and prepared and know there job is to stop tries and score tries. Its this week we start the road to premiership glory . or maybe just not wooden spoon doom

We might sneak one against the Dragons as they're currently coachless and like second last but the situation at the Roosters is seemingly getting worse and worse.

Move Suaalii to the wing, he has been ineffective at centre pretty much all year, few flashes of brilliance but he isn't motivated.

Hutch at 5/8 is probably our best option but he'd probably be the worst 5/8 running around in the NRL this week.

Hargreaves who should probably pretty much exclusively be a bench prop at this point and at the very least has some niggling injuries still being expected to kick off games and be the best forward we have in his mid thirties.

At least the bench looks pretty strong...

Our mantra is “ we play for premierships” . You can’t then have Suaali'i learning on the job in the centers . He will be found out by Lomax time after time. This is the reason people are becoming frustrated with Trent

That was my mistake, now corrected. Hutch is 7 with Kez back (where he belongs) in 6.

even if our best backline is
                teddy
                toops
                smith
                manu
                suaalii
                kez
                walker
3 of those blokes are unavailable. why would allan be better at centre this week than suaalii?

Sounds like a fair point, but where do you suggest he learn instead? In reserve grade? Most players are still learning. Maybe learning at NRL level is the best way to learn.

Is he right side this week instead of left? He'll carve up if he's on the right

Great to see Robbo has kept the runway out wide to play the Dragons back into some form to keep them off the bottom of the ladder

Suaali'i will be on the right, with Billy on the left.

Outside Sandon instead of Hutch (which would be considered extremely remote) I can’t see any others pushing to replace someone.

Looking forward to watching the Steelers carve up our right side. We would be better off having nobody on the left side and everyone on the right helping Suaalii number up in defence.
