Simplify Teddy's game. Less is more.
Respect La Nina and avoid running plays close to the sideline especially early in the tackle count.
5th tackle OPTION means more than the predicted bomb to the left corner. Repeat sets should be a focus.
Consider competing for the ball off kick restarts. Possession is 9/10 of the law!
    Only go with genuine halves.
Service out of dummy half is a critical element of the game. We must get this sorted.
Challenge our pack to be feared and respected again.
Fletcher Baker style forwards are the future in the 6 again era. Lumbering big slabs of meat with poor lateral movement are now struggling with the current speed.
    Avoid having 2 small halves.
We're too flat in our set plays. Attacking shapes are poor.

My advice would be to ignore anything posted on The Chookpen. To which his answer would no doubt be "What's The Chookpen?"

He should start a thread on the Sookpen, just for one day. Explain to everyone how Woke the "Roosters Way" is and how it benefits all us fans.

i'd hope we jag a win this week, then suggest a night off when the team relaxes, has a few beers, remembers that it's a good team and resolves to make every game count for the rest of the season.

Consider not experimenting another half season of choosing players to play out of their specialised position, should you choose to continue your half season experiment then experiment by giving more game time to up and comers from our “academy”
Should they perform then pay them more. That more money can be taken from your traditional season budget purchase of transit players.

Our attack hasn't changed in 10 years, teams like the Storm, Panthers and even the Rabbits reinvent themselves,

If we lose to the Dragons -

Robbo's assistant should ask if "he can have a go at coaching next week" as he probably can't do any worse.

                          One thing?

Start playing for the penalty for a start. I know it's not the rooster's way, but set restarts and winning to me, means more.

That's understandable when you are camped inside your half for most of the game.

Agree. The game is too fast now. Infringing to reset your line tactic doesn't work with the 6 again rule. You need to respect the pill, complete your sets and kick long when required. I've watched 16 year olds kick further than Walker and Kez.

The lack of a long kicking game becomes exacerbated when you are not getting any metres from your kick return sets. Teams have been pretty quick to identify that Corey Allan is not a strong ball carrier and they kick to his side of the field knowing they can dominate him. Can't see this improving much until we get Toops back or until Robbo decides to move Rugby Joe back to the wing
