Billy i spoke to mr sinclair last night about the two i have persuaded(poached) and he said trials are mid sepetember, is this last years teams???

These teams are selected from the club sides, when they hit Harold Matts thats when they are allowed from outside, dependent on what rules/guidelines are set down.

I talked to U14s coach to see if we could get your mate a run and he told me with these 3 sides you have to be playing for a local club.

development sides are only picked from your local league. Harold Matts is usually an open trial, but the coaches generally have most there side picked form the development. That's how Wests juniors work but I'm not sure about the roosters juniors.
