were do the kids go once they dont make the cut in S G Ball i personally know of at least half a dozen promising footballers who were either selected in the S G squad but were held back because of ther younger years compared to some older players ,they were told they probably wont get a game but were left in limbo ,some were very dishearted and lost interest in there future ,also some kids can have one bad game in a trial and are punted from the system they too are lost in the currant system ,,i think under 23 s and a genuine reserve grade should be re-implemented ... what are your thoughts

Where do they go ?
If they really are decent players there is the competition that is under the NSW cup.
If they just think they are then its U19s or A grade.

I do agree with you though and its more from U15s or U16s, what do we do with kids that still may develop but aren't quite there yet ?
