Does anyone else notice the glaring difference in morale between the first grade and toyota cup squads? I know things go smoother when you are winning but Morale is another good indicator of how effective the coach has been, along with discipline. Whoever gets the gig needs to make discipline the key word in the off-season. Everything else will fall into place after that.
