You need to be rated to be overrated! Who rates him in the first place?

Geez he cops a hard time of it on here. Only genuine half in the team has to do ALL the organisation and ALL the kicking duties. I reckon he pushes the team around quite well for a young bloke, not afraid to run the ball and is a very solid defender. Real team player, if he tried to do any more than that I guarantee we wouldn't be playing next week. Someone has to do the boring work that often goes unappreciated.

20's has dished up numerous halfbacks who have the step, pace & flair and so, so many have failed because it's just not what's required at first grade level. I give this kid a shot of cracking first grade more than a lot of other halves in the 20's but I can't see it being at the Roosters.

Watch him close next week, he plays direct to the line, never afraid to run it, does all the kicking, organises his forwards well, solid defender, decent long kicking game, great short kicking game & keeps us on track when we become a little to erratic and go away from the game plan. His role in the team is so underrated imo.

Totally agree R6. The Souths and Dogs games his kicking game was badly off but before that it had been extremely impressive, always finding the ground and plenty of distance. And that is pretty amazing considering he is the only kicker and always has to kick from first receiver so is under immense pressure from the markers every kick. His cover defence is also a great facet of his game. He actually reminds me a lot of Pearce but just doesn't have the long or short passing game yet.
