    Thanks DHS, very interesting

That leaves out the following from last year's squad

    Jack Siejka
    Joseph Forrester
    Brandon Tago
    Rhyse Martin
    Samisoni Langi

Do you know if any of these are training with the NRL squad and will drop back once the season starts or have some of them moved on from the club?

Tago & Langi are still definitely here.

Seijka, Tago, Martin & Langi are all training with the NRL squad.
Seijka is really applying himself and impressed many with his beep test results. Jake Friend was the standout.....he's looking super fit too.

Forrester has gone back home to Alice Springs to look after baby number 2.

Good luck to Jake, problem isn't his fitness, it is his ability to create something, needs to run more. As Allan Border once said after being asked to run laps at cricket training "Why, I have never seen Rob De Castella score a hundred in a test match"

I hear they have Alex Thomas training at Hooker?

Can anyone confirm? Bit ordinary if true and I'd be keen to know who they had in the halves that they considered better.

HH, the've snapped up two new halves in Tyler Cornish (Canberra) & Jacob Maklouf (Penrith). I believe Braeden Batiste is also backing up from last year.

Like you i'm surprised about Alex Thomas training at hooker because we've got the likes of Clarrie Moore & Brad Deitz for 2013.

I wish the club would get around to updating the players profiles on their official website.

                          Cheers G.

I'd heard about Cornish but not the other bloke. Anyway, heard he's not overly impressed. Would be a real shame if he didn't get a decent crack in the halves.

With Paul Green at the helm in 2013, i'm expecting significant performances from our NYC halves.
Our forwards are big, mobile & can play with the ball, just don't know about the backs??

Massive defensive issues. Raiders tried to fix them, but in the end tried him at fullback before letting him go.
