Naming of junior rep squads delayed

Sydney Roosters Junior Representative Program Manager Mark Baldwin has apologised for a delay in finalising the 2010 junior representative sides due to unforeseen circumstances.

The final summer squads for the Harold Matthews and S G Ball Cup teams will not be finalised until the start of next week, before being announced on the club's website, which is expected to be on Tuesday 27 October.

Once the teams have been announced players will be notified either by phone, mail or through the website.

All selected players will be required to be present ready for training the following week on Tuesday 3 November at Marrickville Oval from 5.30pm.

Mr Baldwin apologised for any inconvenience and anxiety caused by the wait while extending a thank you in advance for the patience of the players and family.

Mr Baldwin guaranteed that as soon as the teams became available they will be posted on the club's website and the letters will be distributed.

Fawzat, (known as ballsack) goes alright. For our first official trial against Norths he was named as starting front rower. He puts in at training and gets the job done on the field but nothing spectacular.
