His stats looked pretty decent, but so did all of the forwards...
He went ok considering it was his 1st game of the year. He did lack match fitness and timing etc and dropped a few.
Big Fijian boy Jokotama was dropped to Kingsgrove but just like FG there's competition for spots.

I watched the 20's the other day man that Willis Meehan is a big unit.

I don't like pumping up kids but fark me I was impressed.

Imagine Willis & Tau Tau as our centre combo's . They would be the biggest centre pairings going around in NYC & NRL!!!

Gman, any further updates on Moga's return date, the club is making it sound that he is still a while off returning, its encouraging to see him go through all the rehab exercises without strapping on the knee.

            Both massive kids.

The other day Willis started in the centres but moved into the forwards at different stages. Just the size of him and how he launched himself into the defense was very impressive.

As I said I don't like pumping up kids but if he sticks with footy he will be a gun 2nd rower in the future.

Fletch, Tobin over at GOEASTS.COM said Moga could be back within weeks but it will be in the 20's. Unless something drastic happens I can't see him playing much first grade this year.

4-6 weeks. Still unsure what level he will be re-introduced into.

We are talking about a kid with massive potential. Who cares if he plays the rest of the year in the 20s, rebuilding and getting his confidence back up for a full preseason and a crack at firsts fresh in 2014

Hopefully Moga will get back to the 20s and regain his penchant for scoring tries and trampling on opponents.
He needs an extended injury free run IMO more than to be playing FG this year. If he does that then he should a massive off and pre-season training the house down and be ready for FG next year.

I just hope Willis sticks to footy. He will represent Australia at heavy weight level at the next Commonwealth Games.
He seems torn between the 2 sports.
A good judge I know reckons that Willis would easliy account for SBW in the ring.

Gman, looking at that team photo taken earlier in the week it looks like Moga has lost a fair bit of weight over recent months, I hope he hasn't lost any of his power.

That might be the case mate but he's most definitely a bigger unit than RD26 2012. Hoping he regains his pace over time.

Gman, any news on the Tago knee injury, noticed he isn't named in this weeks NYC team, also did Mamary get injured again as well?

Not sure about Mammary. Fairly sure Tago suffered either a shoulder injury or busted arm . Shame really, he was starting to regain his mojo.

Gman, on the nrlstats website it had Tago with a knee injury and Langi with the shoulder/arm injury
