You have got it right PTB

It's an embarrassing comp that Bankstown should walk in (some weeks they have fielded 17 players with First Grade exp) whilst others are flat out having 1 First Grader.

I think they need to up the age limit of the Toyota Cup to 23's and combine the Queensland Cup and NSW Cup into one really strong reserve grade with 12 - 14 teams and work from there, the current system is a joke.

That sounds like a good idea on all fronts to me but it won't happen because of the cost I suspect. After all, isn't that the reason they got rid of the reserve grade and invented the NYC?

After 20 minutes Newtown lead 12 - 0 over Bankstown.

7th place Wests defeated 2nd place Central Coast 64 - 4 earlier today.....maybe 8th place can pull a miracle as well!?

                    Full-time: Bankstown 52 def Newtown 30, lol.....updated it all 2 posts above.

Gave up 7 tries in the second half.......sounds familiar.

That was #8 playing #1 of course (although we had a bunch of Roosters on the field)... I think we did a decent job.

                        THAT SAID!
The Roosters/Jets have this uncanny ability of letting the opposition score more points than they have in the entire game in the last 20 minutes or so after being in it for most of the game.

We just seem to get tired and run out of energy. I reckon somebody needs to work on our fitness and ability to play out a full 80 minutes... I reckon 1/2 the team's just sitting there waiting for the siren rather than thinking "man we're not far behind them, we could really break the bastards in the last 20!!"

Did Cherro play, and if so, did he have a crack?

We should have just put all the Roosters on... show them some victory... better send-off for fitzgibbon!

Guess the risk there is they still might have failed
