Thanks for the news murry and I'm very glad to hear that Ryan returned in the right frame of mind.
I'm sure we all wish him an injury-free season that allows him to reach his obvious potential.

Soft cock...look at some videos of Fitzy or Ricko...then Man up for FFS...

I think he will fizzle out...I would like to be proven wrong and he turns out to be a top line FG player...the young guys that are mentally tough outdo the young talented fragile player...

Unfortunately he sounds like he has the problems of another of our previous centres in Justin Hodges......but hasn't been seen in first grade yet, so I'll try to reserve my judgement untill I see him play.

Am I wrong....or is his head a continuation of his neck ?

                A chance? He's always injured. He's a myth.

Coggy i must disagree, he made blokes like Idris and the like look fools in the ball, he made parra look like fool in the final, he has "country boy in the big city" syndrone, smith will get this bloke fully wound up and he will be a wrecking machine.

                    Hope you're right Rusty.

Not sure if he was busted, but Idris' performances at the end of '09 have him in the 'myth bucket' atm.

Maybe we'll see Idris (Predator) v no neck (Gladstone) in rd 2

Not from the games I have seen Rusty, Williamson is way behind Idris.....

Time will tell but I will put money on Ryan being a better center then Idris. Ryan is a lot quicker, has better footy instinct and is just as strong as Idris. Ryan's injuries were were just plain bad luck. It's pretty hard to prepare yourself against having your bones braking.

I just hope he can get out on the footy field and show us what all the hype is about! I wasn't impressed by what I saw of him last year in the 20's. Sure it was a shit team, but the good players should stand out. The top players always find a way to involve themselves. Ryan didn't last year, then got injured, then got suspended. Let's hope it's all behind him in 2010
