  • 27th March: Harold Matthews, SG Ball & Newtown Jets results

Harold Matthews and SG Ball up against the Sharkies this weekend, Jets play Wests at 3pm....all matches at Henson.

Harold Matthews FT: Cronulla 28 def Easts 6.

SG Ball HT: Roosters 16 lead Cronulla 10.
SG Ball FT: Cronulla 26 def Easts 16.

Dissapointing results for the kids this weekend, be back for the Jets at 3.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------

Jets offering absolute rubbish up at the moment, 8 - 0 Wests after 25.

    Linnett over, 8 - 6 Wests, 30 gone.

Linnett in again after a Tuatara-Morrison break from a kick return, Newtown 12 - 8.

NSW CUP HT: Newtown Jets 12 lead Wests Maggies 8.

Wests in, missed the kick again though - 12 all with 35 to go.

Jets are playing deadset shit but still the score remains at 12 all with about 25 to go.

Referee must a be a Wests supporter, 4 straight penalties for the Maggies for questionable "holding down."

A penalty fort he Jets, The 8,972 in attendance raw in approval.

Doig barges over for Jets off the back of another panelty, 18 - 12 with just over 15 to go.

Another friendly penalty for Wests gets them in scoring position and Keppa crashes over, 18 - 16 Jets with a ktc for Wests. 3 minutes to go.

Conversion succesful, 18 all with 2 to go.

Newtown with a sneaky kick off and they will get the ball back as it goes out.

Foran has a bran explosion and goes for the field goal on tackle 3 and misses it by 30 metres.

NSW Cup FT: Newtown Jets 18 drew with Western Suburbs Magpies 18.

Jets were rubbish, referee was rubbish, Wests were rubbish - thank christ it's over.
