Symonds,Kennedy,Naughton,Tuigamala return for Jets

good to see some of our top 25 squad return from injury for Newtown over the weekend, in particular good to see Symonds and Kennedy return, hopefully they avoided any further injuries and will be available for selection in first grade next weekend.

Just waiting on Kane Linnett to return.

I find it odd that Baitieri was not selected for the Jets, yet he is not in the FG team (unless he is cover for Conn). I find it even more strange that Foran has been dropped for Russell Aitken. Jets were doing very well with the Ford/Foran halves. Then Ford was thrown onto the wing last week, and this week Foran was dropped, both times to accomodate Aitken.

Probably not the best selections.

I very much like the Newtown team at full strength though, Towers, Naughton, Linnett, Tuigamala and Tuatura make one hell of a backline. Tuatura is a very talented player, big fast outside back who can kick goals too.

I see Troy Savage is back. He was a talented player for us a few years ago, what happened to him? Failed to kick on I am assuming...as well as his very talented brother Kererua Savage.

Too many players in that team not giving a shyte because they feel they should be playing FG and therefore not giving a toss about the Jets? They should be playing as the Roosters FFS.
