Cheyse Blair, Jacob Miller & Dane Atkinson named in NSW Under 18's

  • Cheyse Blair, Jacob Miller & Dane Atkinson named in NSW Under 18's

    The Board of the NSW Rugby League has today announced the following players to represent the NSW Under-18s side in its annual clash against the Queensland Under-18s.

    This year’s match will be played prior to Game Two of the Harvey Norman State of Origin series on Wednesday June 16 at Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane.

    Brayden Wiliame - Melbourne Storm

    Jacob Miller - Sydney Roosters

    Matthew Groat - Western Suburbs Magpies
    Ben Picker - Canberra Raiders
    Jack Stockwell - St George Illawarra Dragons
    Lachlan Burr - Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs
    Alex McKinnon - St George Illawarra Dragons
    Dane Atkinson - Sydney Roosters
    Gerard McCallum - Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs
    Jacob Loko - Parramatta Eels
    Shannon Boyd - Canberra Raiders
    Tom Eisenhuth - Penrith Panthers

    All players are required to be at the Venue Services entrance to the Sydney Football Stadium at 5.30pm on Wednesday June 2 for team medicals.
    Well done to the kids, no surprises Blair and Miller were picked as the halves and congrats to Atkinson, gets through his work like a 5 year first grade veteran.

    Congratulations to all three boys, it was certainly deserved. Special mention to Dane Atkinson who has been the often unsung engine room for our 16's and 18's for the last three years. Anyone who watched the 18's team defend this year will know what i mean.

      Congrats to our young boys on making the side. They all have great potential and the future is looking very rosy. I'm a bit disappointed though that Asipeli Fine and Adam Brent didn't make the cut. They are both very good players.
