The situation is a bit tedious from what i understand because POS successfully lured him from Newcastle as a 16y.o. At the time, Boyd was looking forward to being mentored by Fittler as opposed to Brian Smith who made the decision to let the very talented local go.

You would think he has a better chance of cracking our pack then theirs.

Cordner had nothing but praise for Smith when I spoke to him at the coaching clinic in Feb. Don't listen to those ****in toothless vermin pieces of shit. Choking mouth****ers mun.

Brian smith believes that cordner (along with cherro) are two of the most talented young players he has ever come across during his time in the game. When you consider how long smith has Bern involved in the game, that's high praise.

Personally, I think cordner has all the makings of a superstar of the future. He's one of the best young kids I've seen.

Hopefully he can play in the next month and get three or four matches in before the semi's.

I don't think he will be right to play by then. Even though he may be running, it will take a while before he starts any contact work. I think it's best he just gets his body right and comes back next season bigger and stronger. He is only 18 remember so he has plenty of time to make his mark on the game.

                      Absolutely.

Given his talent, he should be kept in cotton wool until 100%
