I hope Luke Towers gets a chance in first grade and I hope he does well and is a life long Rooster. Why because he is a good kid and a true local one at that

My main concern with Towers has always been his size, but he seems to have bulked up a bit which is a good thing. I haven't seen a lot of him, and I'm not totally convinced just yet, but I hope he can live up to the hype.

Tu'u Maori on the other hand has always impressed me. He's played well in every newtown game I have seen and I couldn't for the life of me work out why we didn't look at him as an option last year.

It must be depressing being a good player playing NSW cup and being overlooked for the 'next big thing' coming through.

I've been waiting & hoping for the past couple of years that this kid will play 1st grade for us.. I know in the pre-season he was training at fullback with Carney & Mini.. He can even play in the halves if needed..

Height : 176 cm
Weight : 81 kg

Not much smaller than Lachlan Coote.. Plus that was his pre-season weight.
