thanks for the update Situation, would be great if you could posted during the off season as new players come into our NYC set up, looks like we have quite a large turnover this season.

interesting that Jones and Leolahi are in our top grade squad not sure if they have done enough this season to warrant a spot.

I am suprised to see that we have let go of both Murray and Miller !!!! i though we would at least keep miller when murray signed with Parra.

Also, Tommy Pelo, good luck with the Brumbies.

Jeez, Brunton got off easy. Will we see him in our colours again?

Yeh I'd be surprised if the Newtown picked Up Gelling or Brunton after what happened in Nth QLD.

I'm suprised to see Nick Eshman with the NRL squad and not Ethan Lowe. Lowe has been outstanding this year, culminating in his selection in the Junior Kangaroos train-on squad.

Interesting to see Tom Pelo with the Brumbies, good luck to the big fella. I'm happy to see Mark Kheirallah moving up to the NRL squad as I have very big wraps on that kid. He is going to be a very good NRL player. Jerome Leolahi is a good player and will be even better with the opportunity to train and hopefully make his NRL debut next year. I hope Lou Goodwin moves up the ranks as well next year. Is there a chance of keeping Sam Brunton and Fine Moeakiola situation?

I don't see what you see in Leolahi, footy.

To me he looks like another lazy player who only stands out in the lower grades due to his size.

                        Thanks for the update Situation,

Any news on Matt Hands who missed the whole season with injury and Tafuga Sa who did his knee in Rd 3. Will these 2 be back in Roosters/Jets colours next year?

BigMike, I rate Leolahi but not as a hooker. He is a very good backrower but for some reason he was being used at 9. He is very skillful from the games I've seen him play and runs some fantastic lines. Although sometimes he does seem pretty lazy.

wc, last I've heard Tufuga Sa returned to New Zealand mid-season. It's a shame because he was a good player. Matt Hands has been injured, did his achilles whilst training with the NRL squad early last season.

Tafuga Sa was released in May. Matt Hands no news on him yet, but i think the club will not keep him. Fine Moeakiola wont be at the club next year, he will be going back to union for West Harbour. Brad Manton is being looked at by the club last i herd, but are yet to offer him anything at this stage.
