    'Big, fast and explosive'.

Yes, that's the type of prop I asked for.

If it's OK for someone other than Mack to comment (this is my first post here btw), I feel the term back-rower is misleading in the modern game. When JWH plays lock, he fills that tight #13 role that is more a part of the front-row rotation. In any case he is principally a prop imho: he lacks the flair to play on the edge.

agreed. can offload but doesnt have the footwork, speed and hole running ability of someone like tariq sims who is a similar build prop/backrower that has been explosive on the edges for NQ this year. JWH is best served as a prop for us imo

I believe you misunderstood my intention. By "If it's OK for someone other than Mack to comment", I meant AS WELL AS Mack... simply as a courtesy, because the post referenced Mack directly and I didn't want to seem to be interjecting.

I'm new here btw but have been browsing some old threads and came across the links to your Jets photos. Great work!

For those interested, JWH came through the ranks playing a wider backrow role and many believed that's where he was destined to play. However, I think hes done (reasonably) well at playing tight; he just needs to increase his meter-per-run ratio and watch his discipline - both of which I believe are related to attitude and focus which he can be lacking at points during the game.

                          Correct.
A backrower who can play prop. If he could increase his workload, lock is not out of the question (thesedays, basically a third prop + extra workload)
Played on the edges when at yawnion with manly before switching to league.
