PLease Please Please can we stop over rating these kids who play in such a vastly inferior comp to First Grade? How many "freaks" do we keep unearthing in 20s who have actually made teh same impact in first grade?
Please stop beefing up teh kid's talent. One day he may well be great, but lets not judge him on his touch footy in 20s.Alcohol never solved any life problems.....then again neither did milk.

What is the point of having any reserve grade competitions if players aren't judged on their performances in these comps? There has been a multitude of players that did not show as much dominance in under 20's as Moga and Evans have this year that are now first grade superstars. So surely players that show more in these competitions have the potential to be as good if not better than these now first grade stars.
We have a right to dream. Not everyone has to believe the hype.

Every time someone talks him up, it makes me more and more nervous that he'll turn out to be a Ryan Williamson flop.
And I'd hate for that to happen.
A great example of how we should develop these guys is Taikarangi. Played a few years of trials and Newtown Cup for us, never looked like anything special. But by the time he entered first grade properly, he was ready for the physical side of it, and he looks good. Hopefully, the same can be done with these Toyota Cup "freaks," and they can cement spots in the top grade.
