Taylor did have carry over points though and challenged it. Even if they do show their inconsistency surely 2-3 weeks MAXIMUM and even then by the sounds of it that'd be harsh.

Did Cheyse Blair have any carry over points when he got suspended?
5 weeks seems very excessive to me?!

Can't wait to see Moga in 1st grade! Put him on the wing with Tagive and we'll have some real speed and someone who knows how to get around his player. BRING ON 2012!!!

I have my fingers crossed that Moga will be available for the finals but not holding my breath given what the judiciary did to Blair earlier this year.

will be interesting to see how we go against Melbourne next weekend in NYC we could be missing Moga/Taripo/O'Sullivan cuts down our strike out wide considerably, I wonder if Jason Taylor will shift Blair to the centres, Alofa Alofa to the wing and Henare Wells to fullback.
            Fletch,
imo, Alofa doesn't play as well on the wing as Henare does. Having said that though, if i was coach Taylor, i would shift Cheyse to
the centres. Hopefully either O'Sullivan or Taripo are passed fit to play on the wing, if not, i wouldn't hesitate to draught Asipeli Fine
into the team to play on the wing.

exactly. i would put wells on the wing, keep blair on the wing and keep alofa at fullback. that is our best backline by far and wells' extra pace would have him score a glut of tries outside either moga or rona

Yeah but if Moga's suspended who plays centre? Put Blair in centre and Wells on the wing.

Good player, but...first grade is a much different ball game.

You can only dominate in every game you play, and he has done that,

He is a very exciting player at worst he will be a very good first grade player

I hope so...we have to develop our own players these days.

anybody got any contacts with the NYC boys who might know if Tau Tau Moga got charged for his spear tackle on the weekend?

He looks 10x more dangerous than the next immortal, he is still in 1st grade

Great news on Moga!!! I was on the opposite side of the field when it happened but it looked worse than a two week suspension. Must have been more of a flip rather than a driving spear tackle. Blair must have had loading to get 6 weeks for his tackle earlier in the season.

Will be interesting how they go against the storm without their biggest strike weapon. But as I've said he was non-existent in the first half against Parra and they still looked quite dangerous. Jack Littlejohn, Curtis Rona and Cheyse Blair to have big games.

Lets get a big crowd there to cheer these boys on come Sunday!! They definitely deserve a better atmosphere given that they've been one of the very few bright spots in a pretty dark season.

                                That's unfortunate for the kid.

We might only win by 20 points now.
