Our Toyota Cup side has been struggling with players going up to NRL or being injured. I feel with a full-strength side these guys can do a lot of damage in the competition but just don't have the right players on the field at the moment. But there is plenty of players that are extremely talented.
Players that can make the step up to NRL this year or next in my opinion are (excluding those who have already played NRL) :
Luke Towers
Boyd Cordner
Isaac Maiota
Ryan Williamson
Fine Moekiola
Cheyse Blair
Mose Masoe

Cheyse Blair; he is a very big boy, out in the centers. I went down to Newcastle to watch the Australian Championships last week and saw him play for NSWCHS. He played very well, receiving MOM. Not sure if he is ready for NRL in the next year or so as he didn't make as much impact as I was expecting, but can definitely develop and get better.
I had never seen him before the carnival and didn't even realize he played for our NYC until a friend mentioned it to me, so Im not sure if he always plays centre but he did on the day.Last edited by JJ09; 07-16-2009, 09:00 PM.
