Zahara Temara controlled the game like a Thurston in his prime. The addition of the Rugby Sevens girls has been a plus for the skill level of the teams, noticeably.

well, we're going to see the rw&b run around gf day. i'm happy for em. reckon we'll give the broncos a run for their money.

zahara was great. the rugby 7s captain also looks like she'll be useful. caslick didn't disappoint.

caslick's done her back and won't be playing in the gf. will be tough for the girls. maybe vette-welsh will be okay by then.

Devastating for our chances - we were looking good to dethrone the bronx but it will be a lot harder now

still like our chances but there is a lot of Xfactor and confidence gone

Just saw her Instagram story - her back definitely doesn’t look very sore!! I think rugby U ordered her to exit

i hope so - i'd like to win something this year.

it's ironic - kirra dibb left when we got her and it was dibb's knees that did damage to her back.

there are options - parker has filled in well at the back or maybe melanie howard plays well this weekend and mcgregor goes to fb.

well 4-12 down at half time. couple of errors and the broncos scored but we did well to fight back at the end there. that quincy dodd adds a bit when she comes on.

good effort from the girls, 3 tries to 4 with one of ours, the best try in nrlw history, unfairly disallowed by the refs. (wtf were they thinking?)

with caslick out, the broncs will be favourites next week but the club has a good chance to get a bit of silverware for this season.

the Rooster girls showed nothing today, which is great. To come within 8 points of the Broncos at almost full sterength.
The Roosters were missing at least 2 of our best in Southwell and Simiama plus players playing out of position.

I think we can smash the Broncos next week

Need to defend better and stop their momentum and offloads - have the points in them but need to cut down on errors and have numbers in tackles- i would give Southwell the task of putting Brigginshaw off her game since she has moved to the lock role.-Legally of course

Gracie Hamilton needs to play more minutes as she makes good yardage with her runs- VetteWelsh maybe back for the GF although she hasn't played since round 1- hammy

Interesting to see what the team will be

                        hamilton looks nice and solid.

                        today's named team is

                        parker
                        simon
                        mcgregor
                        meakes
                        parker
                        howard
                        temara
                        southwell
                        togatuki
                        foliaki
                        taufa
                        maynard
                        hanisi

                        dodd
                        cherrington
                        hamilton
                        kelleher

                        mafi
                        vette-welsh
                        law
                        phillips

if vette-welsh is fit then you'd figure she'd go to fb, parker to wing and one of simon or howard to drop out. personally, i'd keep howard who played well last week.
every chance there's a few changes anyway.

                        good luck to the girls!

i'm sure it's just a coincidence that isabelle kelly's teams' record in the nrlw is 1 win from 10.

I worked with her brother in law in my last job and she had a lovely fancy 3 day wedding.

I would have Bobby Law in the centres- Nita Maynard is the Chooks NRLW equivalent of Jake Friend
