Welcome to the 'Pen.
I was waiting for someone else to have their say on Corey's performance the other night but no replies yet so i'll have a go.
I've seen him play #6 every home game so far and i must say although he hasn't been outstanding or MOTM, he's coming along nicely.
Corey's kicking game is impressive and for a small guy he effectively takes on the opposition forwards charging at him.
I reckon the areas of his game he needs to work on are his support play & importantly his attacking game, focussing on step and zip to get through the bigger and tired opposition forwards. He's still young and has potential. Must continue to apply himself and build-up his confidence.
Do you or anyone know if he's related to the McGrady brothers from Moree?

@theGman Hes definately not related to the McGrady boys. I've seen Cory play during Harold Matt with the Titans and is a very good player but this is step up and he needs to step up. He is very elusive with ball in hand and needs to open up more with the other players.
He has played with Tago in the HM at Titans and South Coast rep teams with both making the Qld teams.
Give him time and he will show his full potential.
I watched him play yesterday at against the Titans I'm pretty sure he is starting to feel more comfortable with where he is at now. He pushed a cut out pass to his winger who dropped it and wasn't really expecting it. But thats the way Corey plays had the winger caught it, a try was definately on.

He was very good yesterday in both A and D. His kicking game was real highlight and his solo try (run at the line) and little kick for Forrester try were spot on plays. Like most in the under 20 comp he is long long way from first grade. 17, 2, 1, and 6 were the best for me on the weekend.

I've watched him 3 times this season, and against the Raiders and Warriors he was poor. In the Warriors game he pretty much killed every attacking move with a poor pass behind the runner, and it was when RTS began chiming in at 2nd/3rd receiver that we were dangerous, scoring 3 good tries.
But against the Titans McGrady looked very relaxed and in control, and I thought he might be a promising prospect with a very good short kicking game.Making Steve Naughton look like Vince Mellars...

RTS spends too much time at and running out of dummy half. As good as his step is, breaking through the defence right up the middle is no mean feat. He should be out wider on the end of second man plays, where he would kill it.
