He's had more success than Robinson so why wouldn't he make the step up??
He coached NYC to a premiership, been involved in premiership winning first grade teams at Roosters and Storm, and he coached NSW in the inaugural NYC SOO win over QLD.
Not a bad apprenticeship wouldn't you reckon?Exonerate the West Memphis Three - www.wm3.org

My guess is Dean Pay is a good assistant and it stops there. No club has jumped on him and there must be a reason why.
So i would stop carrying on about it its a waste of time
Besides he likes the plonk and we have had a enough of thatTwo things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe

'Pay has done nothing' - Did you not read my last post on his achievements?
'Untested as a stand alone coach for a first grade side' - aren't they all when they come in?Last edited by Roosterfarian; 01-03-2013, 06:45 PM.Exonerate the West Memphis Three - www.wm3.org

Throw in Stuart and Dean Pay. Again, Hayne is the key..
I think Pay was an abvious choice shame we didnt get him on board to work with our big boys" A man can only walk as far as he can see"
