I didn't get to see the first half but if this is the quality of football from two of the more highly rated teams this year then we've got this!!!

Buderus is totally past it. The 2 rangas are playing well though.

Knights are an over-rated team. They were terrible in the first-half. The Merge made very hard work of winning that game. Should have won by 20. ps - think you're harsh on Buderus...he had no runners...twice he made a quick break and had no support whatsoever...Gould was talking about it

Was it that, or was it that Mullen and Gidley had play set to go wide and Danny played for himself? I thought Buderus was solid, but still couldn't believe the lovefest going on.....Gould gave him credit for putting pressure on Soward at one stage when Houston effected the tackle and Buderus was 5 metres away from the play. Even after the replay Gould was saying 'Houston came from the side but it was Buderus getting off the line that put Soward off!' Puuhhlease....then there was his dropped ball and poor pass one to nobody, the latter leading to Cooper's try. Even then, it wasn't his fault according to the commentators, the support should have been there....here's a tip for the 34yo rookie....if there's no mug in position don't throw the bloody pass!

Pretty ordinary game.

The Dragons will probably be good enough to make the 8 their defense is still good but lack flair across the field to seriously contend. The Knights were massively overrated in the off season but they will improve and have a good season.

This was always going to be a building year for the Knights.
They will give the 8 a shake, I think. Next year or the one after is what Bennett will be aiming for.

The Knights need a whole new set of forwards if they are going to be any force any time soon.
